Terms of Service

Effective November 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and It's Going Digital, LLC, which runs Dashii. By creating an account or using Dashii, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Dashii.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use Dashii.
• Give accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell us.

Your content

You own what you put in Dashii. You give us permission to store, copy, convert and display it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to save it, back it up, resize images and show it to you on your devices. We don't claim ownership and don't use your content for anything else.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to save it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Dashii to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• Store or share malware or content that exploits children
• Try to get into other people's accounts or data, or test, probe or overload our systems
• Access Dashii with automated tools in ways that put a heavy load on it

Plans and payment

Dashii has a free plan and a paid plan, Dashii Pro, billed monthly ($6) or yearly ($60), plus any tax that applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with Pro, ask through our contact page within 30 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. If you move back to the free plan, everything you made stays. You just can't add more than 3 workspaces or use Pro features until you upgrade again.

If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

The service

We work to keep Dashii running and your data safe, but we provide it as is and as available. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut Dashii down, we will give you notice and time to export your data.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, It's Going Digital, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Dashii. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. You can export your data from Settings at any time.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Dashii after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States.
